摘要
进入教育信息化2.0时代,乡村幼儿教师信息化教学素养将深刻影响教育质量的提升。信息化教学素养包含信息收集、信息加工、信息运用以及信息评价四个方面的内容,受到乡村幼儿教师的教龄、学历、园所层次等因素的影响。为有效促进乡村幼儿教师信息化教学素养提升,需要多元责任主体形成合力。地方教育主管部门强化顶层设计,保证信息化教学素养培养质量;乡村幼儿园优化支撑服务体系,营造园所信息化教学氛围;乡村幼儿教师提升课程整合能力,拓展信息化教学的应用空间。
As we enter the era of education IT 2.0,rural preschool teachers’IT-based teaching competency will profoundly affect the improvement of education quality.IT-based teaching competency consists of four aspects,namely,information collection,processing,application and evaluation,which are influenced by factors such as rural preschool teachers’teaching years,educational background,and kindergarten level.In order to effectively improve rural preschool teachers’IT-based teaching competency,joint efforts should be made by the multiple parties involved.Local education authorities should enhance top-level design to ensure the quality of IT-based teaching competency cultivation.Rural kindergartens should optimize their supporting system and create an IT-based teaching atmosphere in the kindergartens.Rural kindergarten teachers should improve their curriculum integration ability and expand the space for the application of IT-based teaching.
