调肝理脾法联合莫沙必利治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床效果观察

Observation on the clinical effect of regulating liver and spleen therapy combined with mosapride in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis

目的观察应用调肝理脾法联合莫沙必利治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)的临床疗效,为减轻患者的痛苦,提高生活质量提供新的思路及有效的治疗方法。方法50例DGP患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组25例。对照组予以枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予调肝理脾法(改良四逆散和改良香砂六君子加味)治疗。比较两组不同时段[饮助显剂后即刻(Dm)、饮后30 min(30Dt)、饮后60 min(60Dt)、饮后90 min(90Dt)]治疗前后的胃排空率(GER),治疗前后的证候积分。结果治疗后,两组30Dt、60Dt、90Dt时的胃排空率均大于本组治疗前,且治疗组30Dt、60Dt、90Dt时的胃排空率分别为(74.1±6.7)%、(93.7±3.4)%、(97.8±2.2)%,均大于对照组的(54.6±3.8)%、(65.2±1.5)%、(74.6±3.6)%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组证候积分均低于本组治疗前,且治疗组证候积分(6.84±4.96)分低于对照组的(14.40±9.62)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论调肝理脾法联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片能减轻DGP患者的临床症状,提高胃排空能力。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy regulating liver and spleen therapy combined with mosapride in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis(DGP),so as to afford new trains of thought and methods of treatment for alleviating the sufferings and improving the living quality of the patients.Methods A total of 50 patients with DGP were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mosapride citrate tablets,and the treatment group was treated with regulating liver and spleen therapy(modified Sini powder and modified Xiangsha Liujunzi)on the basis of the treatment group.The gastric emptying rate(GER)at different time points[immediately after drinking the ultrasound adjuvant(Dm),30 min after drinking(30Dt),60 min after drinking(60Dt),90 min after drinking(90Dt)],and syndrome scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the gastric emptying rates at 30Dt,60Dt,and 90Dt in the two groups were higher than those before treatment in this group;the gastric emptying rates at 30Dt,60Dt,and 90Dt in the treatment group were(74.1±6.7)%,(93.7±3.4)%and(97.8±2.2)%,which were higher than(54.6±3.8)%,(65.2±1.5)%and(74.6±3.6)%in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment;the syndrome score(6.84±4.96)points of the treatment group was lower than(14.4±9.62)points of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Regulating liver and spleen therapy combined with mosapride citrate tablets can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic gastroparesis and improve the ability of gastric emptying.
