环泊酚在无痛胃肠镜麻醉中的应用研究

Application of ciprofol in anesthesia of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy

目的分析环泊酚在无痛胃肠镜麻醉中的应用价值。方法100例行无痛胃肠镜检查的患者,采用数字表随机分为对照组及观察组,每组50例。对照组患者给予丙泊酚麻醉维持,观察组患者采取环泊酚麻醉维持。比较两组检查成功率、苏醒时间、注射痛发生率、并发症发生率。结果两组的检查成功率均为100%。观察组检查时最后一次给药至患者清醒时间为(8.56±2.22)min,拔除胃肠镜至患者清醒时间为(3.92±1.34)min;对照组检查时最后一次给药至患者清醒时间为(8.72±2.21)min,拔除胃肠镜至患者清醒时间为(4.01±1.32)min。两组检查时最后一次给药至患者清醒时间、拔除胃肠镜至患者清醒时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组注射痛发生率为2%,显著低于对照组的50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2%,显著低于对照组的22%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论环泊酚在无痛胃肠镜麻醉中的应用价值高,可有效镇痛,减少注射痛,提高患者的舒适度,有利于减少并发症的发生,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the application value of ciprofol in anesthesia of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent painless gastrointestinal endoscopy were randomly divided into control group and observation group by digital table,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received propofol for anesthesia maintenance,and patients in the observation group received ciprofol for anesthesia maintenance.The anesthesia success rate,recovery time,incidence of injection pain,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate in both groups was 100%.During gastrointestinal endoscopy,the time from the last administration to the patient's awake time,and the time from the removal of the gastrointestinal endoscope to the patient's awake time in the observation group were(8.56±2.22)and(3.92±1.34)min,and those in the control group were(8.72±2.21)and(4.01±1.32)min.The differences in the time from the last administration to the patient's awake time,and time from the removal of the gastrointestinal endoscope to the patient's awake time during gastrointestinal endoscopy between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of injection pain in the observation group was 2%,which was significantly lower than 50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2%,which was significantly lower than 22%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of ciprofol in painless gastroenteroscopy anesthesia is high.It can effectively relieve pain,reduce injection pain,improve patients'comfort,and reduce complications.It is worth popularizing.
