人工股骨头置换与全髋关节置换术治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效对比

Comparison of efficacy between artificial femoral head replacement and total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of femoral neck fractures

目的研究股骨颈骨折患者采取人工股骨头置换和全髋关节置换术治疗的临床疗效。方法60例股骨颈骨折患者,根据入院顺序分为研究组与对照组,各30例。研究组患者给予全髋关节置换术治疗,对照组患者给予人工股骨头置换术治疗。比较两组临床指标、髋关节功能评分。结果研究组出血量(247.03±22.84)ml少于对照组的(300.68±23.75)ml,手术时间(75.61±17.15)min、住院时间(14.52±4.58)d短于对照组的(85.84±19.72)min、(25.48±4.48)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组髋关节功能评分(81.24±4.83)分高于对照组的(59.10±5.88)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用全髋关节置换术治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效优于人工股骨头置换术,能够显著改善股骨颈骨折患者的髋关节功能,应该给予大力的推广与应用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy between artificial femoral head replacement and total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of femoral neck fractures.Methods A total of 60 patients with femoral neck fracture were divided into research group and control group according to the order of admission,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the research group were treated with total hip arthroplasty,and patients in the control group were treated with artificial femoral head replacement.The clinical indicators and hip function score were compared between the two groups.Results The blood loss(247.03±22.84)ml of the research group was less than(300.68±23.75)ml of the control group,and the operation time(75.61±17.15)min and hospitalization time(14.52±4.58)d were shorter than(85.84±19.72)min and(25.48±4.48)d of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hip function score(81.24±4.83)points of the research group was higher than(59.10±5.88)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of femoral neck fractures is better than that of artificial femoral head replacement,which can significantly improve the hip function of patients with femoral neck fractures,and should be vigorously promoted and applied.
