摘要
目的分析血脂生化检验中分级检验法的应用效果。方法回顾性分析80例行血脂生化检验患者的临床资料,以平衡序贯法分为参照组及观察组,每组40例。参照组采用拉网式检验法进行检验,观察组采用分级检验法进行检验。比较两组血脂生化指标(总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白A及载脂蛋白B)水平及检验阳性率。结果两组总胆固醇、甘油三酯及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(4.24±0.16)mmol/L、载脂蛋白A(3.29±1.12)g/L、载脂蛋白B(1.54±0.32)g/L均高于参照组的(2.96±0.32)mmol/L、(2.16±1.33)g/L、(1.19±0.27)g/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白A与载脂蛋白B阳性率分别为50.00%、47.50%、37.50%,高于参照组的20.00%、17.50%、15.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者血脂生化检验中采取分级检验法相对比拉网式检验法,检验精准度更高,检验价值高。
Objective To analyze the application effect of classification test in blood lipid biochemical test.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent blood lipid biochemical test were divided into reference group and observation group by the balanced sequential method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group received pull-net test,and the observation group received classification test.The levels of blood lipid biochemical indicators(total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,apolipoprotein A and apolipoprotein B)and the positive rate of the test were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in total cholesterol,triglyceride and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol between the two groups(P>0.05).The low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(4.24±0.16)mmol/L,apolipoprotein A(3.29±1.12)g/L,and apolipoprotein B(1.54±0.32)g/L in the observation group were higher than(2.96±0.32)mmol/L,(2.16±1.33)g/L,and(1.19±0.27)g/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the positive rates of total cholesterol,triglyceride and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol between the two groups(P>0.05).The positive rates of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,apolipoprotein A and apolipoprotein B in the observation group were 50.00%,47.50%,and 37.50%,which were higher than 20.00%,17.50%,and 15.00%in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The classification test is more accurate and valuable than the pull-net test in the biochemical test of blood lipid.
