阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性支气管炎的效果研究

Study on effect of azithromycin combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of chronic bronchitis

目的研究阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性支气管炎的临床效果。方法92例慢性支气管炎患者,根据入院编号单双分为对照组(单数)和观察组(双数),各46例。对照组单用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组采用阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及临床症状(咳嗽咳痰、气短、喘息及肺部湿啰音)缓解时间。结果观察组患者咳嗽咳痰、气短、喘息及肺部湿啰音缓解时间分别为(4.52±1.44)、(4.15±1.52)、(4.95±1.37)、(5.92±1.54)d,均短于对照组的(7.69±2.01)、(7.81±2.06)、(8.25±2.28)、(8.59±2.23)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率95.65%显著高于对照组的76.09%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素与左氧氟沙星联合治疗慢性支气管炎能够显著提升治疗效果,改善患者临床症状,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of chronic bronchitis.Methods A total of 92 patients with chronic bronchitis were divided into control group(odd number)and observation group(even number)according to their admission numbers,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin alone,and the observation group was treated with azithromycin combined with levofloxacin.The clinical efficacy and remission time of clinical symptoms(cough and expectoration,shortness of breath,pant and pulmonary rales)were compared between the two groups.Results The remission time of cough and expectoration,shortness of breath,pant and pulmonary rales in the observation group were(4.52±1.44),(4.15±1.52),(4.95±1.37),and(5.92±1.54)d,which were all shorter than(7.69±2.01),(7.81±2.06),(8.25±2.28),and(8.59±2.23)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than 76.09%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of azithromycin and levofloxacin in the treatment of chronic bronchitis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the therapeutic effect,and has high clinical application value.
