蛭蛇通络胶囊辅以针灸治疗缺血性脑血管病恢复期患者的临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of Zhishe Tongluo capsule supplemented by acupuncture in the treatment of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease in recovery period

目的分析蛭蛇通络胶囊辅以针灸治疗缺血性脑血管病恢复期患者的临床效果。方法54例缺血性脑血管病恢复期患者,根据随机数字表方式分为对比组及研究组,每组27例。对比组采用常规西医治疗,研究组在常规西医治疗基础上采用蛭蛇通络胶囊联合针灸治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、神经功能缺损评分、中医证候积分及血流动力学指标(血浆粘度、全血粘度、红细胞聚集指数、血小板聚集率)。结果研究组治疗总有效率96.30%(26/27)高于对比组的77.78%(21/27),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组神经功能缺损评分(10.45±1.88)分、中医证候积分(8.55±1.26)分均低于对比组的(13.22±2.12)、(12.41±1.69)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对比组血浆粘度为(2.09±0.37)mPa·s、全血粘度为(6.12±0.65)mPa·s、红细胞聚集指数为(6.11±0.47)、血小板聚集率为(66.04±3.98)%;研究组血浆粘度为(1.71±0.28)mPa·s、全血粘度为(5.33±0.62)mPa·s、红细胞聚集指数为(5.42±0.35)、血小板聚集率为(60.27±3.01)%。治疗后,研究组血浆粘度、全血粘度、红细胞聚集指数、血小板聚集率均低于对比组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对缺血性脑血管病恢复期患者,采用蛭蛇通络胶囊辅以针灸治疗,能够提升治疗效果,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Zhishe Tongluo capsule supplemented by acupuncture in the treatment of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease in recovery period.Methods A total of 54 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease in the recovery period were divided into control group and research group according to the random numerical table,with 27 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the research group was treated with Zhishe Tongluo capsules combined with acupuncture on the basis of conventional western medicine.The therapeutic effect,neurological deficit score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and hemodynamic indexes(plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,platelet aggregation rate)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 96.30%(26/27),which was higher than 77.78%(21/27)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the neurological deficit score(10.45±1.88)points and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score(8.55±1.26)points in the research group were lower than(13.22±2.12)and(12.41±1.69)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma viscosity of the control group was(2.09±0.37)mPa·s,the whole blood viscosity was(6.12±0.65)mPa·s,the erythrocyte aggregation index was(6.11±0.47),and the platelet aggregation rate was(66.04±3.98)%;in the research group,the plasma viscosity was(1.71±0.28)mPa·s,the whole blood viscosity was(5.33±0.62)mPa·s,the erythrocyte aggregation index was(5.42±0.35),and the platelet aggregation rate was(60.27±3.01)%.After treatment,the plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index and platelet aggregation rate in the research group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhishe Tongluo capsule supplemented by acupuncture for patients with schemic cerebrovascular disease in recovery period can improve the therapeutic effect and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
