养阴活血汤治疗糖尿病合并高血压的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of Yangyin Huoxue Decoction on diabetes mellitus with hypertension

目的分析养阴活血汤治疗糖尿病合并高血压的效果。方法42例糖尿病合并高血压患者,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和试验组,每组21例。对照组患者给予常规药物治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上给予养阴活血汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗后空腹血糖、血压(舒张压、收缩压)水平。结果试验组患者的总缓解率为95.24%(20/21),显著高于对照组的57.14%(12/21),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者的空腹血糖、舒张压、收缩压分别为(11.57±3.26)mmol/L、(85.19±4.31)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、(124.07±4.31)mm Hg,均低于对照组的(15.84±3.09)mmol/L、(95.38±3.20)mm Hg、(145.63±6.28)mm Hg,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养阴活血汤对糖尿病合并高血压患者的治疗效果较佳,可显著提升患者临床疗效,改善患者预后,值得在临床实践中大力推广实施。

Objective To analyze the effect of Yangyin Huoxue Decoction on diabetes mellitus with hypertension.Methods A total of 42 patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension were divided into control group and experimental group according to different treatment methods,with 21 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional medicine,while patients in the experimental group were treated with Yangyin Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and the levels of fasting blood glucose and blood pressure(diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure)after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The overall remission rate in the experimental group was 95.24%(20/21),which was significantly higher than 57.14%(12/21)in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the experimental group were(11.57±3.26)mmol/L,(85.19±4.31)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),(124.07±4.31)mm Hg,which were lower than(15.84±3.09)mmol/L,(95.38±3.20)mm Hg,and(145.63±6.28)mm Hg in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangyin Huoxue Decoction has a better therapeutic effect on patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension,especially in improving the clinical efficacy of patients and improving the prognosis of patients.It is worth promoting and implementing in clinical practice.
