痔疮术后应用麝香痔疮膏联合中药熏洗的效果分析

Effect analysis of musk hemorrhoid ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on postoperative hemorrhoids

目的探讨麝香痔疮膏联合中药熏洗对痔疮术后患者的应用效果。方法96例痔疮术后患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各48例。对照组患者术后给予麝香痔疮膏联合高锰酸钾熏洗治疗,观察组患者术后给予麝香痔疮膏联合中药熏洗治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后疼痛评分以及术后并发症发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者疼痛评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2、7 d后,观察组疼痛评分分别为(4.37±1.17)、(0.79±0.25)分,均低于对照组的(6.47±1.26)、(3.18±0.58)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组术后并发症发生率为22.92%,观察组术后并发症发生率为6.25%,观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对痔疮术后患者应用麝香痔疮膏联合中药熏洗可以减轻疼痛情况,减少术后并发症的发生,适宜在临床中广泛应用。

Objective To discuss the application effect of musk hemorrhoid ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on postoperative hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 96 patients with postoperative hemorrhoids were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 48 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with musk hemorrhoid ointment combined with potassium permanganate fumigation and washing after surgery,while patients in the observation group were treated with musk hemorrhoid ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing after surgery.The pain score before and after treatment and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 and 7 d of treatment,the pain scores of the observation group were(4.37±1.17)and(0.79±0.25)points,which were lower than(6.47±1.26)and(3.18±0.58)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the control group was 22.92%,and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.25%;the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Musk hemorrhoid ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing can relieve pain and reduce postoperative complications,which is suitable for wide clinical application.
