摘要
目的分析电针配合康复训练对膝关节术后患者膝关节功能及疼痛程度的影响。方法60例膝关节术后患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组采取常规康复方案,试验组在对照组基础上采取电针配合康复训练。比较两组患者视觉模拟评分法评分、整体功能评分、膝关节活动度及股四头肌、腘绳肌肌力。结果试验组患者视觉模拟评分法评分(3.02±0.55)分低于对照组的(5.86±0.53)分,整体功能评分(77.50±1.12)分、膝关节屈曲活动度(99.32±0.13)°及膝关节伸展活动度(3.20±0.17)°均高于对照组的(70.45±1.11)分、(98.18±0.13)°、(3.01±0.12)°,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者第2、4周股四头肌肌力及腘绳肌肌力分别为(2.35±0.12)、(3.67±0.29)级及(2.12±0.11)、(3.58±0.32)级,均高于对照组的(2.01±0.17)、(2.11±0.23)级及(1.93±0.12)、(2.01±0.31)级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针配合康复训练可有效缓解膝关节术后患者的疼痛程度,改善患者膝关节活动度及股四头肌、腘绳肌肌力,膝关节整体功能良好,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on knee joint function and pain degree in patients after knee joint surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing knee joint surgery were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation,while the experimental group received electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The visual analogue scale score,overall function score,knee range of motion,quadriceps femoris and hamstring muscle strength were compared between the two groups.Results The visual analog scale score(3.02±0.55)points of the experimental group was lower than(5.86±0.53)points of the control group;the overall function score(77.50±1.12)points,knee flexion range of motion(99.32±0.13)°and knee extension range of motion(3.20±0.17)°of the experimental group were higher than(70.45±1.11)points,(98.18±0.13)°,and(3.01±0.12)°of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 and 4 weeks postoperatively,the quadriceps femoris muscle strength and hamstring muscle strength in the experimental group were(2.35±0.12),(3.67±0.29)grades,and(2.12±0.11),(3.58±0.32)grades,which were higher than(2.01±0.17),(2.11±0.23)grades,and(1.93±0.12),(2.01±0.31)grades in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can effectively relieve the pain of patients after knee joint surgery,improve the knee range of motion and the muscle strength of the quadriceps femoris and hamstrings,and the overall function of the knee joint is good,which is worthy of promotion.
