船舶救生设备安全检查仿真训练与评估系统

摘要 为提高船舶救生设备的训练和管理水平,设计并开发了船舶救生设备安全检查仿真训练与评估系统。以“海洋石油301”LNG船为母型船,采用三维建模技术构建虚拟船舶及救生设备三维场景;在建立吊艇臂运动模型、基于PBD方法实现柔性绳索模拟的基础上开发了船舶救生设备仿真训练系统;收集和整理了国际公约、国内法律和实际检查数据,建立了船舶救生设备安全检查数据库;依据船旗国监督管理和港口国监督管理的实际检查过程模拟船舶安全检查流程;利用专家法配合隶属函数对救生设备的训练或救生设备的安全检查过程进行综合评价。应用结果表明,所开发的系统可满足船舶救生设备安全检查训练与评估的需求,仿真训练效果良好。 In order to improve the training and management level of ship life-saving equipment,a simulation training and evaluation system for safety inspection of ship life-saving equipment is designed and developed.Using"Ocean Oil 301"LNG ship as the mother ship,three-dimensional modeling technology is used to construct a scene of virtual ship and lifesaving equipment.Based on the establishment of the boom arm motion model and the flexible rope simulation by PBD method,the simulation training system for ship life-saving equipment is developed.Based on collecting the data of international conventions,domestic laws and actual inspection,the safety inspection database of ship lifesaving equipment is established.The ship safety inspection process is simulated according to the actual inspection process of flag state supervision and management and port state supervision and management.The expert method and the membership function are used to comprehensively evaluate the training of life-saving equipment or the safety inspection process of life-saving equipment.The application results show that the developed system can meet the needs of safety inspection training and evaluation of ship life-saving equipment,and the simulation training effect is good.
