摘要
为解决FPSO油气生产现场数据源众多、数据结构各异、无法对生产现场数据实现统一管理及调度而导致的数据利用率低、无法为业务系统提供有效支撑的现状,开发一套智能管理平台用于FPSO生产现场数据采集、存储、传输和管理,并在此基础上建立应用服务部署运行环境,采用微服务架构把服务功能模块化拆分,进而将在役监测系统接入。此平台实现了数据统一管理调用、应用快速开发部署、三维可视化交互等功能,为FPSO协同管理、生产控制、应急指挥和宣传展示提供了便利途径。
In order to solve the problems of numerous data sources and different data structures in FPSO production site,low data utilization rate and inability to provide effective support for business systems due to the inability to realize unified management and scheduling of production site data, an intelligent management platform was developed to collect,store,transfer and manage data on FPSO production site. On this basis,an application service deployment and operation environment is established. The service functions are modularized by micro-service architecture,and the in-service monitoring system is connected. The functions of unified data management and call,rapid application development and deployment,3D visual interaction and so on are realized, which provides a convenient way for FPSO collaborative management,production control,emergency command and publicity display.
