摘要
介绍了一种可应用于汽车涂装前处理脱脂剂中的壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NPEO)替代品HB-716,对其理化性能、分子结构、泡沫性能、润湿性、清洗率进行了检测,并同脱脂剂中现普遍使用的NP-10进行了比较。结果表明:HB-716为聚乙氧基化非离子表面活性剂,不含NP,更环保,其他性能均可达到NP-10水平。因此,HB-716在脱脂剂中可完全替代NP-10。
A kind of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene(NPEO)substitutes named HB-716 was introduced,which can be used in degreasing agent for automobile coating pretreatment.Its physical and chemical properties,molecular structure,foam properties,wettability and cleaning rate were tested,and it was compared with the commonly used NP-10 in degreasing agents.The results showed that HB-716 was polyethoxylated nonionic surfactant,NP free,more environmentally friendly,and other properties can reach NP-10 level.Therefore,NP-10 can be completely replaced by HB-716 in degreasing agent.
