摘要
通过对不饱和活性端及聚醚侧链的结构设计,开发了HP不饱和聚醚单体在减水剂及保坍剂中的应用。实验结果表明:HP聚醚单体具有适宜的聚合活性及优良的性能,无论是减水剂还是保坍剂,20℃合成时初始减水性能最高,60℃合成时保持性能最好。采用HP聚醚合成的聚羧酸减水剂所拌制的混凝土具有更为良好的和易性。
Through the structural design of unsaturated active end and polyether side chain,the application of HP unsaturated polyether monomer in water reducer and slump retaining agent was developed.The experimental results showed that HP polyether monomer had appropriate polymerization activity and excellent properties.Whether it was used as water reducing agent or slump retaining agent,the initial water reducing performance was the highest when synthesized at 20℃and the retention performance was the best when synthesized at 60℃.The concrete mixed with polycarboxylate water reducer synthesized by HP polyether had better workability.
