利用HPLC-MS/MS监测水环境中的唑嘧磺草胺

摘要 采用HPLC-MS/MS,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸水为流动相,使用Agilent Eclipse Plus C_(18)为填料的不锈钢色谱柱和MSD检测器,对Smart and Barko培养基中的唑嘧磺草胺进行定性和外标法定量分析。当唑嘧磺草胺的质量浓度在0.21~21.27μg·L^(-1)时,分析方法的线性关系良好,相关系数R 2为0.999,RSD(保留时间)=0.23%,RSD(响应)=1.23%,检出限为0.024μg·L^(-1),定量限为0.079μg·L^(-1),回收率平均值为105.76%。该检测方法快速,线性关系、精密度和回收率均符合要求,可用于唑嘧磺草胺在水环境中的质量分数测定。 Using acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid water as the mobile phase,Agilent Eclipse Plus C_(18) as the filler of stainless steel column and MSD detector,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of flumetsulam in Smart and Barko medium were carried out by HPLC-MS/MS.When the mass concentration of flumetsulam was 0.21~21.27μg·L^(-1),the linear relationship of the analysis method was good,with the correlation coefficient R 2 of 0.999,RSD(retention time)=0.23%,RSD(peak area)=1.23%,the LOD of 0.024μg·L^(-1),the LOQ of 0.079μg·L^(-1),and the average recovery rate of 105.76%.The detection method was rapid,and the linear relationship,precision and recovery rate met the requirements,which could be used for the determination of the mass fraction of flumetsulam in water environment.
