摘要
本文通过分析机动车电子标识用于高速公路自由流收费系统的可行性,提出了一套基于边云协同的高速公路自由流收费系统的体系架构,设计了系统流程及主要模块的功能,并在此基础上开发了基于机动车电子标识的高速公路自由流收费系统。通过模拟高速公路场景的测试和试用,证明基于机动车电子标识的高速公路自由流收费系统原型能很好地满足高速公路自由流收费的需求,可以作为高速公路运营管理的一个备选手段。
Through analysis the feasibility of the motor vehicle electronic identification for free-flow used in high-speed road toll collection system,this paper proposes a system architecture of high-speed road free-flow toll system based on edge-cloud collaboration,designs the system process and the functions of the main modules,and develops a highway free-flow toll collection system based on motor vehicle electronic identification.Through the testing and trial of simulated highway scenarios,it is proved that the prototype of the highway free-flow toll system based on the motor vehicles electronic identification can well meet the needs of highway free-flow charging and can be used as an alternative means of highway operation.
