质量是高职院校发展的核心,是在高等教育中立足的根本,而教学质量是高校生存和发展的前提和基础,只有建立起科学、规范、高效的教学管理体系才能向高质量发展阶段迈进。文章结合工作实际,对优化基于高质量发展背景下教学工作科学管理提出了几点展望。
