注意缺陷多动障碍患儿的外周血miR-30d-5p表达量及其与行为症状的关系

Expression of miR-30d-5p in peripheral blood of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and its relation with behavioral symptoms

目的探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿的外周血miR-30d-5p表达量及其与患儿行为症状的关系。方法选取108例初诊为ADHD的儿童为观察组,另选取110例健康儿童设为对照组。采用实时荧光定量PCR检测两组儿童的外周血miR-30d-5p表达量,另采用Conners父母症状问卷评估观察组患儿的行为症状。比较两组儿童之间、观察组不同ADHD亚型患儿之间的外周血miR-30d-5p表达量。分析观察组患儿外周血miR-30d-5p表达量与其行为症状评分的相关性。结果观察组的外周血miR-30d-5p表达量低于对照组(P<0.05);混合型ADHD患儿的外周血miR-30d-5p表达量低于注意缺陷型ADHD患儿(P<0.05),而注意缺陷型和多动冲动型ADHD患儿之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患儿外周血的miR-30d-5p表达量与品行问题、学习问题、身心问题、焦虑、多动冲动及多动指数的评分均呈负相关(均P<0.05)。结论ADHD患儿外周血miR-30d-5p表达量较正常儿童降低;ADHD患儿的行为症状较为严重,且行为症状越重其miR-30d-5p表达量越低。

Objective To explore the expression of miR-30 d-5 p in peripheral blood of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) and its relation with behavioral symptoms.Methods A total of 108 children newly diagnosed with ADHD were selected as observation group;in addition,110 healthy children were selected as control group.The expression of miR-30 d-5 p in peripheral blood of the two groups was detected by the real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR,and the behavioral symptoms of children in the observation group were evaluated by the Conners parental symptom questionnaire.The expression of miR-30 d-5 p in peripheral blood was compared between the two groups,and between the children with different ADHD subtypes in the observation group.The correlation of the expression of miR-30 d-5 p in peripheral blood with the score of behavioral symptoms in the observation group was analyzed.Results The expression of miR-30 d-5 p in peripheral blood of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P0.05).The expression of miR-30 d-5 p in peripheral blood of the observation group negatively correlated with the scores concerning conduct problem,learning problem,physical and mental problem,anxiety,hyperactivity and impulsion,and hyperactivity index(all P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of miR-30 d-5 p in peripheral blood of ADHD children is lower than that of normal children.The behavioral symptoms in ADHD children are more serious,and the more serious the behavioral symptoms are,the lower expression of miR-30 d-5 p is.
