关于医疗建筑洁污流线的设计思考

医院建筑设计是一个复杂且专业技术标准要求非常高的工程设计类型,它的功能需要满足医院院感、管理流程、医护工作服务流程、医疗设备限制等多方面的复合要求。其中医院内各功能区洁污分区和洁污流线的设计是医院设计的核心内容。因此在设计过程中需要从总体洁污流线和单体功能区的洁污流线这两方面入手,通过各分区及各流线整合达到"洁污分区""医患分流"目的。本文结合工程设计实践简述医疗建筑在洁污分区、洁污流线方面的设计策略和思考。

Hospital architecture design is a complicated engineering design which always proposes higher requirements to professional technical standard. Specifically, its function has to satisfy compound requirements of all facets, such as managerial procedure, medical service procedure, medical equipment restriction and so forth. Among which, the design of clean and dirty partition, and clean and sewage flow line of various functional areas in the hospital is the core content of hospital design. Therefore, it needs to start with general clean and dirty flow line and clean and dirty flow line of single functional area in the process of designing the architecture of hospital. Moreover, flow line of pollution personnel and pollution objects, etc. The purpose is to differentiate clean and dirty area and divide the line of doctors and patients through configuring various divided areas and flow lines. The paper combined engineering design and expounded design strategy and thoughts on clean and dirty area, and clean and dirty flow line of medical architectures.
