萤石尾矿复合掺合料对水泥胶砂性能影响研究

摘要 研究利用粉煤灰制备萤石尾矿复合掺合料,并分析不同掺量萤石尾矿复合掺合料对水泥胶砂性能的影响。试验结果表明,适量粉煤灰有助于改善萤石尾矿的粉磨性能,提高比表面积和活性指数,当粉煤灰掺量12%,粉磨时间60min时,萤石尾矿复合掺合料兼具较高的比表面积和较好的强度活性指数;萤石尾矿复合掺合料能改善水泥胶砂的粘聚性和保水性;萤石尾矿复合掺合料有利于增加水泥胶砂体系韧性;适量的萤石尾矿复合掺合料则有利于水泥胶材的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能,试验结果显示掺量10%时,经20次硫酸盐侵蚀后,其抗压强度保持率能达到110%;萤石尾矿复合掺合料不利于水泥胶砂体系的抗冻性能,随着掺量增加,其抗压强度保持率下降较为明显。 This paper studies the preparation of fluorite tailings composite admixture with fly ash,and analyzes the influence of different amount of fluorite tailings composite admixture on the performance of cement mortar. The test results show that an appropriate amount of fly ash is helpful to improve the grinding performance of fluorite tailings and improve the specific surface area and activity index. When the amount of fly ash is 12% and the grinding time is 60min,the fluorite tailings composite admixture has both higher specific surface area and better strength activity index;Fluorite tailings compound admixture can improve the cohesion and water retention of cement mortar;Fluorite tailings compound admixture is beneficial to increase the toughness of cement mortar system;An appropriate amount of fluorite tailings compound admixture is conducive to the sulfate resistance of cement binder. The test results show that when the dosage is 10%,after 20 sulfate attacks,the compressive strength retention rate can reach 110%;Fluorite tailings composite admixture is not conducive to the frost resistance of cement mortar system. With the increase of the dosage,the compressive strength retention rate decreases significantly.
