摘要
为进一步研究橡胶颗粒对混凝土自密实性能以及抗裂性能的影响,通过采用不同橡胶粒径和取代率的两因素、三水平的正交试验研究混凝土的填充性、间隙通过性、收缩以及早期抗裂性。结果表明,橡胶混凝土拌合物的填充性和间隙通过性较基准混凝土均有不同程度的提高,但抗离析性在不同程度上有所下降。橡胶颗粒取代率对混凝土强度以及弹性模量的影响较橡胶颗粒粗细程度显著,并随橡胶颗粒取代率的增多而减小,橡胶混凝土的抗压强度随橡胶颗粒粒径的由小到大呈增长状态,而劈拉强度随橡胶颗粒粒径的由小到大呈降低状态。橡胶混凝土的抗裂和收缩性能有所提高。
In order to further study the influence of rubber particles on the self-compacting and cracking resistance of concrete,the filling,clearance passing,shrinkage and early cracking resistance of concrete were studied by using two-factor and three-level orthogonal tests with different rubber particle sizes and substitution rates. The results show that the filling property and clearance passability of rubber concrete are improved in different degrees compared with self-compacting concrete,but the segregation resistance is decreased in different degrees. Rubber particles to replace rate of concrete strength and the influence of elastic modulus of rubber particles thickness levels significantly,and decreases with the increase of rubber granules,rubber the compressive strength of concrete with rubber particle size from small to large the growth status,and splitting tensile strength decrease with rubber particle size from small to large in state. The crack resistance and shrinkage of rubber concrete are improved.
