老城区地铁工程建设的“点、线、面”全方位管理剖析——以厦门轨道3号线南延段为例

Analysis of the "point, line and area" all-round management of the subway construction in the old urban area——Taking the South extension section of Xiamen Rail Line 3 as an example

厦门轨道3号线南延段,是厦门第一条真正意义上穿越厦门老城区的地铁,具有点多、线长、面广的特点。本文结合南延段工程建设的实际管理经验,分析了站点建设需注意的内部与外部因素,区间及线路建设需注意的分部与总体关系,以及建设协调过程中需注意的微观与宏观层面,旨在从"点、线、面"的角度切入,全面梳理老城区地铁建设需注意的方方面面,从而为地铁工程建设管理者在遇见类似项目时提供可参考的分析方法和可借鉴的管理手段。

The South extension section of Xiamen metro line three is the first metro that actually crosses the old urban area of Xiamen. It has the characteristics of many points, long lines and wide areas, which has brought greater difficulties, more coordination and higher requirements to the project construction. Based on the actual management experience of the project construction of the South extension section, this paper analyzes the internal and external factors that should be paid attention to in the station construction, the divisional and overall relations in the section and line construction, as well as the micro and macro levels in the construction coordination process, in order to comprehensively sort out all aspects in the subway construction in the old urban area from the perspective of " point, line and area", so as to provide reference analysis methods and management means for subway project construction managers when they meet similar projects.
