供水钢管非开挖穿越动车所沉降控制研究

摘要 以福建省平潭及闽江口水资源配置工程8~10#顶管区间段为例,研究顶管法穿越下伏粘土夹卵石地层的高铁动车所沉降控制方案。针对地面沉降要求严格、施工难度大等难点,对施工设计方案、复杂地层设备选型、注浆减阻等技术进行优选,地面沉降实测值得到良好控制,为今后类似工程施工提供参考。 Taking 8# ~ 10# pipe jacking section of Pingtan and Min River Estuary resource allocation project in Fujian Province as an example, the settlement control of pipe jacking passing through the high-speed railway station under the clay and pebble formations are studied. In view of the difficulties such as strict requirements for land settlement and difficult construction, the construction design plan, the selection of complex formation equipment and the grouting drag reduction technology are optimized, and the measured settlement value are well controlled, providing a reference for similar engineering construction in the future.
