绿色建筑项目全过程质量管控霍尔三维模型的构建与分析

摘要 以推动建设高质量绿色建筑为核心出发点,通过因地制宜的绿色设计方法,采取科学管理手段落实各项绿色措施并确保绿色设施得到良好的维护管养,方能保障绿色建筑设施在全寿命周期内发挥其最佳的功效,达到促进绿色建筑健康发展的目的。本文总结绿色建筑施工过程管理的特点,并基于霍尔三维结构创建绿色建筑项目全过程质量管控的三维模型,分别从逻辑维、时间维、管理维三方面来对绿色建筑项目全过程质量管控展开系统性研究,旨在对绿色建筑项目全过程质量管控提出相关优化建议。 By taking the promotion of high quality green building construction as the core starting point,adjusting green design measures to local conditions,and adopting scientific management methods to implement green initiatives and maintenance process,the green building facilities are able to operate in optimum condition in the whole life cycle,achieving the goal of healthy development of green building. This article summarizes the characteristics of green building construction process management,establishing 3D model of green building whole-process quality control based on hall 3D structural method. The article also develops systematic research on logic dimension,time dimension and management dimension to analyze the whole-process quality control of green building project,in order to put forward relevant optimization suggestions for these projects.
