建筑暖通空调施工中的主要问题及提升建议

Main problems and improvement suggestions in building HVAC construction

暖通空调工程作为建筑内部重要的组成部分发挥着重要作用,整体施工质量的好坏直接关系到后期运行的可靠性、安全性、经济性、舒适性等,施工过程中对暖通空调安装质量进行有效管控尤为关键。笔者结合自身项目经验,对暖通空调安装常见问题进行分析,并针对问题提出管控建议,旨在逐步提升暖通空调施工工艺,创建更舒适安全的室内环境。

HVAC engineering plays an important role as an important part of the interior of the building. The overall construction quality is directly related to the reliability, safety, economy and comfort of later operation. It is particularly important to effectively control the HVAC installation quality in the process. Combined with own project experience of the author, through the analysis of common problems in HVAC installation, the author puts forward management and control suggestions for the problems, in order to gradually improve the HVAC construction technology and create a more comfortable and safe indoor environment.
