摘要 在汽车覆盖件生产流程中,传统的人工上下料模式存在生产效率低、产品质量控制难度大等缺陷,随着自动化冲压技术的普及,自动上下料技术代替传统人工上下料工作模式成为工业发展的趋势。目前常见的闭式压力机占地面积大、维护费用高,因此设计人员尝试设计一种能够满足多品种、小批量自动化生产需求的上下料系统,进一步提升生产效率。 In the production process of automobile covering parts, the traditional manual loading and unloading mode has defects such as low production efficiency and great difficulty of product quality control. With the popularization of automatic stamping technology, automatic loading and unloading technology replacing the traditional manual loading and unloading working mode has become the trend of industrial development.At present,the common closed press covers a large area and has a high maintenance cost, so the designers try to design a loading and unloading system that can meet the needs of multiple varieties and small batch automatic production to further improve the production efficiency.
