摘要
综合素质评价是河北省新一轮高考改革的重要内容,也是普通高中学生毕业和高考录取时的重要参考。实施综合素质评价具有破除“唯分数论”、拓宽评价内容、促进评价主体多元化和实现教学与评价的有机融合等方面的价值。针对目前河北省综合素质评价改革面临的问题,河北省可以采取建立高校多元录取机制,构建内容和方法与学生个性相协调的评价体系,完善综合素质评价主体培训和监督机制,以及加快建设横向联通、纵向贯通的电子评价平台等措施进行应对。
Comprehensive quality evaluation is an important part of the new round of college entrance examination reform, and it is also an “important reference”for ordinary high school students in Hebei province to graduate and college entrance examination. The implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation has the value significance of breaking the “only fraction theory”, broadening the content of evaluation, promoting the diversification of evaluation subjects and promoting the organic integration of teaching and evaluation. In response to the problems faced by the reform of comprehensive quality evaluation at present, Hebei province can build a multi-admission mechanism for colleges and universities, build an evaluation system whose content and methods are in harmony with students’ personalities, improve the training and supervision mechanism for the main body of comprehensive quality evaluation, and accelerate the construction of electronic evaluation platforms.
