乡村振兴视域下文旅产业高水平人才培养研究

High-Level Talent Cultivation of Culture and Tourism Industry Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

乡村文旅产业是乡村振兴事业的重要组成部分,也是实现乡村振兴的新引擎。随着乡村振兴战略的全面推进,乡村文旅产业亟需高水平人才保驾护航。提出高水平人才概念及特征,分析高水平人才缺失对乡村振兴的不利影响,据此构建高水平人才培养体系,明确培养目标,制定详细的培养方案。充分利用社会资源,构建高校-企业-社会-个体四阶育人共同体培养模式,通过全员、全过程、全方位的人才培养机制为乡村社会发展培养优质人才,确保乡村产业健康、长效发展,接续推进乡村全面振兴。

Culture and tourism industry is the essential part of rural revitalization cause, also, is a new engine to achieve rural revitalization. Together with the advancement of rural revitalization strategy, culture and tourism industry in rural area is in great need of high-level talent. This paper figures out concept of high-level talent and characteristic,analyzes the negative impacts of the lack of highlevel talent through case studies, thus, build a cultivation systemcomprising specific cultivation objective and detailed cultivation program.Also, the paper builds a quaternary cultivation mode including university, enterprise, society and student, provides human talents through whole process cultivating mechanism to promote healthy and sustainable development of rural industry and advance rural revitalization.
