现阶段我国企业发展速度变得越来越快,在这个过程中对各方面工作也提出了更高的要求。从目前情况看来,政工工作在企业发展过程中占据着非常重要的地位,不过部分管理人员并没有对以人为本的理念予以足够重视,这样就会导致该工作无法达到预期的效果,工作人员的工作积极性和有效性也会因此而受到影响。所以,相关管理人员要结合实际来进行充分分析,并且在此基础上将以人为本理念落实到政工工作当中,这样才可以对该工作起到促进作用。
