摘要
构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统对电网在线安全分析提出了新要求。针对省级调控机构调度员实时调度关注的静态安全分析、短路电流校核两项功能,开展了贯通计算研究。将备用设备合环纳入静态安全分析辅助决策,同时自动校核合环后短路电流是否超标;短路电流校核辅助决策给出方式调整建议的同时开展静态安全分析扫描,验证此方式调整是否会新增电网薄弱环节。通过全模型分析平台实现了程序开发部署,并在度夏、秋检等典型方式下进行了算例验证,证明了所提控制策略的可行性,提升了在线安全分析的便捷性和实用化水平。
The construction of a new power system with new energy as the main body puts forward new requirements for dynamic security assessment of power grid.In this paper,for the two functions of static safety analysis and short-circuit current checking,which are concerned by dispatchers of provincial regulatory agencies in real-time dispatching,a through calculation research was carried out.The backup device closure is incorporated into ancillary decision-making for static security analysis and automatically checked if short-circuit current after closing is over-standard.The advices on how to adjust is given by short-circuit current check aid decision-making.At the same time,a static security analysis scan is carried out to verify whether this adjustment will add new weaknesses to the power grid.The program development and deployment are implemented through the full model analysis platform.Examples are carried out to verify the feasibility of the proposed control strategy,which improves the convenience and practicability of online security analysis.
