摘要
针对常见类型线性用户采取指标结合的方式进行电费调整,认为简单的采用基波功率因数不能合理调整电费。采用参数辨识方法对线性用户和非线性用户进行参数辨识,通过IEEE Std.1459—2010视在功率分解方法,提出了视在功率三角形和电能有效传输率的概念,对于电网未能向线性用户提供理想电能进行合理补偿,与基波功率因数相结合进行合理收费。
For common types of linear users,the electricity charge is adjusted by combining indicators.It is considered that the simple use of fundamental wave power factor can not reasonably adjust the electricity charge.Parameter identification method is used to identify linear users and nonlinear users.Through the IEEE Std.1459—2010 apparent power decomposition method,the concepts of apparent power triangle and electric energy efficient transfer rate are proposed.Reasonable compensation shall be made for the failure of the power grid to provide ideal electric energy to linear users,and reasonable charge shall be made in combination with the fundamental wave power factor.
