500 kV终端站实用化供电可靠性指标的选取与使用

摘要 近年来,随着500 kV终端站在城市的使用逐渐增多,人们对供电可靠性的关注度也在升高。摒弃了传统的基于宏观性、概率性参数的500 kV终端站可靠性系列公式计算方法,结合所研究区域的电网结构和实际参数,利用BPA软件进行各种预想事故下缺供电力(负荷损失)的计算,依据现行的规程规范计算出电网综合风险值,并对照得到电网综合风险值及其对应的电力事故等级或电力事件的等级,最后依托深圳市城中心区电网现代片区即将新建的500 kV皇岗站这一规划项目,对所选取指标的实用性进行了验证。计算结果表明,用于评估500 kV终端站缺供电力指标和电网综合风险值指标所需的输入数据容易获得、计算过程简单易行、物理意义直白易懂,具有很高的实用价值。 In recent years,with the increasing use of 500 kV terminal stations in cities,people pay more attention to their power supply reliability.The traditional reliability series formula calculation method of 500 kV terminal station based on macroscopic and probabilistic parameters is abandoned.Based on the power network structure and actual parameters of the study area,the calculation of power shortage(load loss)under various anticipated accidents is carried out by using BPA software.Based on the power network structure and actual parameters of the study area,the calculation of power shortage(load loss)under various anticipated accidents is carried out by using BPA software.According to the current rules and regulations,the comprehensive risk value of power network is calculated,and then the comprehensive risk value of power network and its corresponding level of power accident or power event are obtained by comparison.Finally,relying on the planning project of the upcoming 500 kV Huanggang station in the modern area of the power grid in the central district of Shenzhen,the practicability of the selected indicators is verified.The calculation results show that the input data required for evaluating the 500 kV terminal station power shortage index and the power grid comprehensive risk value index are easy to obtain,the calculation process is simple and easy to implement,and the physical meaning is straightforward and easy to understand,which has high practical value.
