摘要
研究了电缆沟电缆集群敷设条件下温度场的分布规律和载流量。根据电缆结构参数及敷设工况的物性参数,建立了单芯四回路电缆规则排布多物理耦合场的计算模型,计算、分析了电缆沟中温度场的分布规律,在此基础上提出了计算电缆载流量的弦截法。此外,进一步分析了电缆不规则敷设工况下电缆排列杂乱程度与载流量的关系。计算结果表明,不规则排列下电缆载流量减小、电缆芯温度升高。该计算结果可为进一步提高电缆运行的经济性和可靠性提供参考。
The distribution law and current-carrying capacity of the temperature field under the condition of laying cables in a cable trench are studied.According to the structural parameters of the cable and the physical parameters of the laying conditions,the calculation model of the multi-physics coupling field of the regular arrangement of the single-core four-circuit cable is established.The distribution law of the temperature field in the cable trench is calculated and analyzed.On this basis,the chord section method for calculating the current carrying capacity of the cable is proposed.In addition,the relationship between the disorder degree of the cable arrangement and the current carrying capacity under the condition of irregular cable laying is further analyzed.The calculation results show that the current-carrying capacity of the cables decreases and the temperature of the cable cores increases under the irregular arrangement.The calculation results can provide reference for further improving the economy and reliability of cable operation.
