摘要
配电网作为整个电网系统的终端部分,承担着电能按需分配的重要任务。配电网规划成果的好坏直接影响配电网网架的提升及投资的效益。传统的配电网规划难以将电网拓扑及地形地貌相结合,且对于电网设备(如馈线、配变等)存在的运行问题、关联规划项目情况缺乏直观的统筹分析。针对上述问题,研发一种基于南网智瞰平台的配电网辅助规划应用,在南网智瞰GIS地图直观地展示中压馈线、自动化开关、配变等设备,并将电网设备运行问题、关联的规划项目情况进行列举,实现了在一个数据平台上获取配电网规划关键数据,从而提升配电网规划的精准性及有效性,提高配电网规划工作效率。
As the terminal part of the entire power grid system,the medium and low voltage distribution network undertakes the important task of distributing electric energy on demand.The quality of the distribution network planning results directly affects the improvement of the distribution network grid and the benefits of investment.Traditional distribution network planning is difficult to combine power grid topology and topography,and there is a lack of intuitive overall analysis for the operation problems of power grid equipment(such as feeders,distribution transformers,etc.)and related planning projects.In view of the above problems,a distribution network auxiliary planning application based on the South Grid Smart View platform is developed.The medium and low voltage feeders,automatic switches,distribution transformers and other equipment are visually displayed on the South Grid Smart View GIS map.The operation problems of power network equipment and related planning projects is displayed.The key data of distribution network planning can be obtained on a data platform,thereby improving the accuracy and effectiveness of distribution network planning and improving the efficiency of distribution network planning.
