500 kV断路器液压机构不能自动打压原因分析及解决办法

摘要 针对一起500 kV断路器液压机构不能自动打压故障,结合故障现象、设备运行状态及现场天气的特点对故障原因进行分析,并对液压机构油系统的压力微动开关进行检查校核,查出故障原因所在,提出了故障处理方法与防范措施,从根本上消除设备隐患,以确保500 kV断路器、发电机组及电网系统的安全可靠运行。 For a failure that the hydraulic mechanism of 500 kV circuit breaker cannot automatically pressurize,in combination with the fault phenomenon,equipment operation status and the characteristics of on-site weather,the fault causes are carefully analyzed.The pressure microswitch of the hydraulic system oil system is checkedand the cause of the fault is found out.The fault handling methods and preventive measures are put forward to fundamentally eliminate the hidden dangers of equipment and ensure the safe and reliable operation of 500 kV circuit breaker,generator set and power grid system.
