目前二次屏柜二次端子隔离工作中的问题,很大程度上是由隔离工具的应用局限性导致的。二次端子使用的绝缘胶布在一段时间后因固定性变差而极易脱落,操作过程中误将二次端子标签仪器粘贴,现场工具众多且管理混乱、操作工序繁琐等,这些均可能导致二次端子运行故障,因此必须改良隔离工具,提出一种可伸缩封闭式的二次端子隔离装置,以保障电网的安全稳定运行。

At present,the problems in the isolation of the secondary terminals of the secondary panel cabinet are largely caused by the application limitations of the isolation tools.For example,the insulating tape used in the secondary terminal is very easy to fall off when the fixation becomes poor after a period of use,the secondary terminal labeling instrument is mistakenly pasted during the operation,the management of many on-site tools is chaotic and the operation process is cumbersome,etc.All of these can lead to malfunction of the secondary terminal,so the isolation tool must be improved.A retractable and closed secondary terminal isolation device is proposed to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
