火电厂应对新型电力系统策略研究

摘要 为了应对以新能源为主体的新型电力系统,华能沁北电厂积极调整能源供应结构,采取低碳、高效、环保、灵活的生产经营策略,保障能源安全,提高电力市场竞争力。开拓20 MW光伏电站,完成太阳能电力、火电、工业供汽、居民供热同时输出,构建综合能源服务体系,实现低碳转型。完成百万机组汽轮机通流改造,供电煤耗下降11.6 g/(kWh),实现高效节能。完成三大空气污染物超低排放和废水零排放技术改造,实现清洁环保。完成6台机组30%~100%负荷下宽裕协同运行,实施精确化配煤掺烧,实现灵活调峰。 In order to cope with the new power system with new energy as the mainstay,Huaneng Qinbei Power Plant actively adjusted the energy supply structure.The low-carbon,high-efficiency,environmental friendly and flexible production and operation strategies was adopted to ensure energy security and improve the competitiveness of the power market.By developing 20 MW photovoltaic power station,the simultaneous output of solar power,thermal power,industrial steam and residential heating was completed.The comprehensive energy service system was constructed,realizing low carbon transformation.The steam turbine was retrofitted by flow passage,and the coal consumption of power supply decreased by 11.6 g/(kWh),realizing high efficiency and energy saving.The technical transformations of ultra-low emission of three major air pollutants and zero emission of wastewater were completed,realizing clean and environmental protection.The six units operated freely and cooperatively under the load of 30%~100%,and the precise coal blending and co-firing was completed,realizing flexible peak regulation.
