摘要
嘌呤对人体健康及生命活动具有十分重要的作用,然而嘌呤代谢异常会引起痛风。本文采用访谈报告的形式,介绍了嘌呤、腺嘌呤、鸟嘌呤、次黄嘌呤和黄嘌呤的结构、分布以及生理功能,并用简单易懂的方式向读者展示了嘌呤代谢生成尿酸的过程,痛风的诱因、发病机制以及预防和治疗措施。
Purines play an essential role in maintaining the normal life activities,but abnormal metabolism of purine can cause gout.In this paper,the structure,distribution and physiological functions of purine,adenine,guanine,hypoxanthine and xanthine are introduced in the form of an interview with the purines.Moreover,the process of purine metabolism to produce uric acid,and the etiology,pathogenesis,prevention and treatment measures of gout are also presented in a simple and easy-to-understand way.
