全自动定氮仪测定复方桔梗枇杷糖浆中氯化铵的含量

摘要 目的建立复方桔梗枇杷糖浆中氯化铵的测定方法。方法不经过消化处理,直接使用全自动定氮仪检测样品,蒸汽功率为90%,接收液体积为40 ml。结果氯化铵在0.0801 g~0.1201 g范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999),平均回收率99.5%,RSD=0.9%(n=9)。结论此方法快速简捷、准确可靠。 Objective To establish a method for determination of Ammonium Chloride in Compound Jiegeng Pipa Syrup.Methods The analysis was using Automatic Kjeldahl Apparatus without digestion,the steam power was 90%,and the volume of receiving solution was 40 ml.Results Ammonium Chloride revealed good linearity over the range of 0.0801 g~0.1201 g(r=0.999),and the average recovery was 99.5%,while the RSD was 0.9%(n=9).Conclusion The method was rapid,accurate,simplicity.
