硒酵母片联合甲巯咪唑片治疗自身免疫性甲状腺病伴甲状腺功能亢进的临床效果及药学分析

Clinical effect and pharmaceutical analysis of selenium yeast tablets combined with methimazole tablets in the treatment of autoimmune thyroid disease with hyperthyroidism

目的研究硒酵母片联合甲巯咪唑片治疗自身免疫性甲状腺病伴甲状腺功能亢进的临床效果及药学分析。方法利用随机数表法将2020年8月~2021年4月期间收治的62例自身免疫性甲状腺病伴甲状腺功能亢进患者分为两组,对照组患者使用甲巯咪唑片治疗,观察组患者应用硒酵母片联合甲巯咪唑片治疗。将两组患者的甲状腺体积、甲状腺激素和抗体水平变化情况进行对比,同时比较两组患者的疾病复发率和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗后的血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(3))及游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))均明显低于对照组,其促甲状腺激素(TSH)明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的甲状腺体积明显小于对照组,血清甲状腺过氧化酶抗体、甲状腺球蛋白抗体以及促甲状腺素受体抗体(TPOAb、TGAb以及TRAb)均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率和对照组患者相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的疾病复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硒酵母片联合甲巯咪唑片应用于自身免疫性甲状腺病伴甲状腺功能亢进患者的治疗中疗效显著。

Objective To study the clinical effect and pharmaceutical analysis of selenium yeast tablets combined with methimazole tablets in the treatment of autoimmune thyroid disease with hyperthyroidism.Methods 62 patients with autoimmune thyroid disease with hyperthyroidism received in our hospital from August 2020 to April 2021 were divided into two groups by random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with methimazole tablets,and the patients in the observation group were treated with selenium yeast tablets combined with methimazole tablets.The changes of thyroid volume,thyroid hormone and antibody levels of the two groups were compared,and the disease recurrence rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The serum free triiodothyronine(FT_(3))and free thyroxine(FT_(4))in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The thyroid volume in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,and the serum antibodies to thyroid peroxidase,thyroglobulin and thyrotropin receptor(TPOAb,TGAb and TRAb)were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);The disease recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Selenium yeast tablet combined with methimazole tablet are effective in the treatment of autoimmune thyroid disease with hyperthyroidism.
