白细胞介素-1β和基质金属蛋白酶-1水平与绝经后女性盆底功能障碍的相关性

Association of interleukin-1β and matrix metalloproteinase-1 levels with pelvic floor dysfunction in postmenopausal women

目的探讨白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)水平与绝经后女性盆底功能障碍的相关性。方法选取2021年3月~2021年12月收治的100例绝经后女性盆底功能障碍患者为观察组,另选取同期101例绝经健康体检未出现盆底功能障碍的女性作为对照组。利用酶联免疫吸附实验测定并比较两组研究对象血清IL-1β、MMP-1水平,并分析绝经后女性盆底功能障碍与血清IL-1β、MMP-1水平变化的相关性。结果两组血清IL-1β、MMP-1水平比较,观察组IL-1β、MMP-1各水平分别为(59.36±17.58)pg/ml、(154.26±26.98)ng/ml均显著高于对照组IL-1β(23.68±12.21)pg/ml、MMP-1(28.64±5.42)ng/ml(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,观察组治疗后血清IL-1β、MMP-1水平及PFDI-20评分均降低(P<0.05);血清IL-1β、MMP-1水平与绝经后女性盆底功能障碍呈正相关(r=0.711、0.795,P<0.001、0.001)。结论血清IL-1β、MMP-1水平与绝经后女性盆底功能障碍存在一定相关性,检测血清IL-1β、MMP-1表达情况,可为临床评估与诊断疾病提供重要参考价值。

Objective To investigate the correlation between interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1)levels and pelvic floor dysfunction in postmenopausal women.Methods A total of 100 postmenopausal women with pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the observation group,and another 101 postmenopausal healthy women without pelvic floor dysfunction in the same period were selected as the control group.Serum IL-1βand MMP-1 levels were measured and compared between the two groups using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and the correlation between pelvic floor dysfunction and changes in serum IL-1β and MMP-1 levels in postmenopausal women was analyzed.Results The serum levels of IL-1β and MMP-1 in the two groups were(59.36±17.58)pg/ml and(154.26±26.98)ng/ml in the observation group,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group[(23.68±12.21)pg/ml and MMP-1(28.64±5.42)ng/ml](P<0.05).Compared with that before treatment,the levels of IL-1β,MMP-1 and PFDI-20 in the observation group decreased after treatment(P<0.05).The serum levels of IL-1β and MMP-1 were positively correlated with pelvic floor dysfunction in postmenopausal women(r=0.711,0.795,P<0.001,0.001).Conclusion The serum levels of IL-1β and MMP-1 have certain correlation with pelvic floor dysfunction in postmenopausal women,and the detection of serum IL-1β and MMP-1 expression can provide important reference value for clinical evaluation and diagnosis of the disease.
