糖尿病视网膜病变患者自我调节策略与疾病感知的相关性研究

Correlation Between Self-regulation Strategy and Disease Perception in Patients with Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探讨糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者体力活动领域自我调节策略水平及其与疾病感知之间的相关性。方法对2021年4月至2022年3月在河南省人民医院眼科住院的147例糖尿病视网膜病变患者进行调查,调查工具包括一般资料调查表,选择、优化、补偿问卷和简易版疾病感知问卷。调查糖尿病视网膜病变患者体力活动自我调节策略、疾病感知的相关性。结果糖尿病视网膜病变患者体力活动领域自我调节策略得分为(6.21±2.94)分,疾病感知得分为(48.57±7.99)分,自我调节策略和疾病感知总体呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论糖尿病视网膜病变患者体力活动领域自我调节策略处于中等水平,疾病感知处于较高水平,两者呈负相关,且关系比较密切,医护人员可通过改善患者疾病感知促进患者自我调节策略的使用,从而提高体力活动水平。

Objective To investigate the level of self-regulation strategy in physical activity domain and its correlation with disease perception in patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods A total of 147 patients with diabetic retinopathy who were hospitalized in the Department of Ophthalmology,Henan Provincial People's Hospital from April 2021 to March 2022 were investigated.The survey tools included the general information Questionnaire,the Selection,Optimization and Compensation Questionnaire and the simple version of Disease Perception Questionnaire.To investigate the correlation between physical activity self-regulation strategy and disease perception in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Results The score of self-regulation strategy in the field of physical activity in patients with diabetic retinopathy was(6.21±2.94),and the score of disease perception was(48.57±7.99).There was a negative correlation between self-regulation strategy and disease perception,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The self-regulation strategy in the field of physical activity in patients with diabetic retinopathy is at a medium level,and the disease perception is at a high level.There is a negative correlation between the two,and the relationship is relatively close.Medical staff can promote the use of self-regulation strategy by improving the disease perception of patients,so as to improve the level of physical activity.
