基于图像分析技术的皮带运输机胶接头检测系统设计研究

摘要 皮带运输机在冶金等行业,尤其是散料传输有着广泛的应用。在长期使用过程中,由于自然或外力磨损,造成运输皮带的表面或内部损伤,当皮带的胶接头部位产生缺陷时极易发生生产事故。提出一种基于图像分析技术的皮带机胶接头检测系统,并开发了一整套的采集、传输、存储和分析的软硬件系统,在宝钢进行了长时间现场使用,系统运行状况稳定。该系统检测精度良好,具有较好的推广价值。 Belt conveyors have a wide range of applications in metallurgy and other industries,especially in the field of bulk material transfer.In the long-term use process,it is easy to produce natural or external force wear,which will cause damage to the surface or inside of the transport belt,especially the defect of the rubber joint portion of the belt,which is very prone to production accidents.Therefore,this paper proposes a belt conveyor rubber joint detection system based on image analysis technology,and develops a complete set of acquisition,transmission,storage and analysis software and hardware systems.It has been used for a long time in Baosteel Company and the running condition is stable.The detection accuracy is good,and it has good promotion value.
