马融教授治疗小儿癫痫常用安神类药物经验介绍

摘要 癫痫是儿科神经系统常见病,中医药治疗有一定特色。马融教授认为其核心病机为本虚标实、痰伏脑络、气机逆乱、窍闭风动;主要致病因素为风、火、惊、痰、瘀、虚等。在临床实践中,应抓住病机关键,确立治疗主线,结合不同时期致病因素特点,选择适宜的安神类药物配伍运用。文章介绍了马融教授治疗小儿癫痫应用安神类药物的经验。 Children epilepsy is one of the major pediatric nervous system diseases,and traditional Chinese medicine be used to treat children epilepsy.Professor MA Rong believed that the core pathogenesis is asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality,the phlegm overflows the brain collaterals,the reverse disorder of the qi mechanism and the obstruction of the orifices and the movement of the wind;the main pathogenic factors are wind,fire,shock,phlegm,blood stasis,deficiency and so on.In clinical practice,master the core pathogenesis,establish treatment principles,combining pathogenic factors in different periods,use appropriate soothe the nerves of Chinese traditional medicine,usually can achieve better clinical efficacy.This paper summarizes Professor MA Rong’s experience in treating children with epilepsy by using soothe the nerves of Chinese traditional medicine.
