五灵脂研究进展的CiteSpace知识图谱分析

Analysis of Citespace knowledge map for faeces trogopterori

[目的]探索五灵脂相关研究领域近25年的发展状况、研究热点。[方法]本文以1996-2020年中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science两大数据检索平台收录的五灵脂领域相关文献为对象,开展计量学分析,运用CiteSpace 5.7.R2软件对文献的作者、研究机构以及关键词进行分析。[结果]最终纳入中文文献1089篇,英文文献19篇。中文发文最高的作者是上海中医药大学附属曙光医院的蒋健,英文发文最高的作者南京中医药大学的段金廒;中国中医科学院针灸医院是五灵脂研究的重要机构,但各个科研机构间合作较少;关键词分析显示五灵脂的研究内容主要集中在临床应用、经方应用。“名医经验”“生蒲黄”“慢性盆腔炎”是突现强度最高的3个关键词。[结论]图谱直观地展示了五灵脂药材的研究趋势,五灵脂的临床应用、复方配伍和名医经验是当前研究的热点,对未来有关五灵脂的研究选题具有参考价值。

[Objective]The aim of this study is to explore the research status,hotspots and changing trend of faeces trogopterori in the past 25 years.[Methods]According to the China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI)and the Web of Science Search platforms,articles linked to faeces trogopterori research were gathered and retrieved.Knowledge map about authors,research institutions,keywords was constructed by using the visual analysis software CiteSpace(5.5.R2)to probe and analyze the research trends.[Results]A total of 1089 Chinese literatures and 19 English literatures were included in the study.Author analysis showed that JIANG Jian in Shuguang hospital affiliated to shanghai university of traditional Chinese medicine and DUAN Jinao in Nanjing university of traditional Chinese medicine had the most publications in Chinese and English faeces trogopterori respectively.According to the analysis of publishing institutions,acupuncture hospital of China academy of Chinese medical sciences was the research institution with the largest number of Chinese literatures.There was a few cooperation between various scientific research institutions.The analysis of keywords in Chinese and English literatures showed that the research contents of clinical application and classic prescription application.The three keywords with the highest emergence intensity were experience of famous doctor experience,sheng puhuang and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.[Conclusion]The analysis showed the development trend of faeces trogopterori medicinal materials in this field.The clinical application,compound compatibility and experience of famous doctors of faeces trogopterori are the hotspots of current research,which can provide reference value for future research topics of faeces trogopterori.
