病理性遗精可以导致患者出现一系列精神心理症状,严重影响患者的生活质量。本文通过男科新理论“脑-心-肾-精室”轴理论对病理性遗精病因病机以及治疗思路进行了理论总结,临床应用效果明显,为病理性遗精的诊治提供新思路,也为中医男科理论体系的构建提供补充。

Pathological spermatorrhea can lead to a series of mental and psychological symptoms and seriously affect the quality of life of patients.This paper theoretically summarizes the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment ideas of pathological spermatorrhea through the new andrology theory“brain-heart-kidney-essence chamber”axis,theory.The clinical application effect is obvious,which provides new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of pathological spermatorrhea.It also provides a supplement for the construction of andrology theory system of traditional Chinese medicine.
