针刺治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Dysphagia after Stroke

吞咽障碍是脑卒中常见并发症,并可进一步引起吸入性肺炎、营养不良等,显著增加患者不良预后风险,西医尚无有效治疗措施,而临床表明针刺治疗可明显改善脑卒中后患者吞咽功能。本文就近年来相关研究文献加以整理分析,为今后进一步深入研究提供参考。

Dysphagia is a common complication of stroke,which can further cause aspiration pneumonia and malnutrition,and would significantly increase the risk of poor prognosis.Western medicine has no effective treatment measures,but clinical practice shows that acupuncture can significantly improve the swallowing function of patients after stroke.This article reviewed and analyzed the relevant research literature in recent years,so as to provide reference for further research in the future.
