基于PubMed和SCI的1972年之前针灸海外传播轨迹与特点研究

Study on the Track and Characteristics of Overseas Dissemination of Acupuncture and Moxibustion before 1972 Based on Academic Journal Literature in PubMed and SCI

目的 基于PubMed和SCI收录的期刊文献,研究首次“针灸热”兴起前东西方针灸学术研究状况,探寻针灸在海外传播的历史轨迹和特点。方法 采用文献计量学的词频分析方法,从年发文量、语种、作者、期刊、主题词等维度对PubMed和SCI收录的1972年(含)之前针灸相关文献进行统计分析。结果 1972年海外学术期刊出现了针灸发文量的“爆发式”增长;1972年(含)之前33个国家使用20种语言发表了410篇有关针灸研究的文献,涉及196种期刊;1825-1972年针灸文献发文量前5位的国家分别是美国、法国、中国、俄国、德国;发文量排名前10位的作者文献主要采用的语种有法文和葡萄牙文等,高产作者的发文期刊呈高度集中性;针刺麻醉、镇痛、催眠是研究的热点,口腔疾病、阑尾炎、三叉神经痛等疼痛类疾病是针刺治疗的重点。结论 自19世纪20年代以来,针灸在世界范围内持续而广泛地传播;首次“针灸热”在美国爆发前,欧洲是西方针灸研究的中心。

Objective To study the academic research of acupuncture and moxibustion in the East and West before the first“acupuncture craze”based on academic journal literature in PubMed and SCI;To explore the track and characteristics of the dissemination of acupuncture and moxibustion overseas.Methods By employing the term frequency analysis of bibliometrics,academic journals on acupuncture and moxibustion in PubMed and SCI since their establishment to 1972 were under statistical analysis from different dimensions,including annual publication volume,language,author,journal,and key words.Results In 1972,literature about acupuncture and moxibustion ushered in an“explosive”growth in the amount abroad;before 1972(including),33 countries published 410 articles with 20 languages and in 196 kinds of journals;the top 5 countries of publication were the United States,France,China,Russia and Germany;the papers of the top 10 authors by the number of published papers were mainly in French and Portuguese,etc.,and the journals with high-yield authors were highly concentrated;acupuncture anesthesia,analgesia and hypnosis were the hot spots of the research,and pain diseases,such as oral diseases,appendicitis and trigeminal neuralgia were the foci of the application of acupuncture.Conclusion Since the 1820s,acupuncture and moxibustion spread widely and constantly all over the world;before the first“acupuncture craze”outbreak in the United States,Europe is theWestern acupuncture and moxibustion research center.
