Analysis of Influencing Factors of Hand-foot-mouth Disease in Children

目的 探究儿童手足口病发病的影响因素,并制定对应干预措施。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年12月手足口病病例数314例,以问卷调查为主要方法,探讨儿童手足口病发病的影响因素。结果 儿童手足口病发病的单因素有母乳喂养、年龄、早产儿、奶瓶消毒情况、手足口病接触史、主要照顾者对疾病本身的掌握程度、近期疫苗接种情况、主要照顾者的洗手习惯以及主要照顾者的文化水平。经过Logistic分析,多因素有主要照顾者文化水平、接触史、奶瓶消毒情况。结论 儿童手足口病发病原因复杂,与接触史、疫苗接种史以及奶瓶消毒等因素均有关,通过积极寻找发病因素,为疾病防治提供有效支持。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of hand,foot and mouth disease in children,and to formulate corresponding intervention measures.Methods A total of 314 cases of hand,foot,and mouth disease from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected.Questionnaire survey was used as the main method to explore the influencing factors of hand,foot,and mouth disease occurrence in children.Results The single factor influencingHFMD includes breastfeeding,age,premature infants,disinfection condition of feeding bottle,contact history of HFMD,mastery of the disease itself by the main caregivers,recent vaccination,and hand-washing habits and education level of the caregivers.Logistic analysis suggests that the multi-factors influencing HFMD include the main caregiver's education level,contact history,and disinfection condition of feeding bottle.Conclusion The pathogenesis of hand,foot and mouth disease in children is complex,which is related to factors such as contact history,vaccination history,and feeding bottle disinfection.By actively looking for pathogenic factors,effective support can be provided for disease prevention and treatment.
