激光联合药物治疗黄褐斑的进展分析

Research Status of Laser Combined with Drugs in the Treatment of Chloasma

黄褐斑是由多种因素导致面部皮肤出现黄褐色的色素沉着斑,属于皮肤黑变病亚型的一种,并不是一种独立的疾病。临床治疗黄褐斑的关键是使色斑变淡或恢复正常,面积减小或消失。目前黄褐斑的治疗方法众多,但尚无针对性的特效药物和物理疗法,往往采用综合治疗为主要治疗思路。现从激光联合药物治疗的角度进行总结分析,以期为临床提供更好的思路和方法。

Chloasma is a yellowish-brown pigmentation spot on facial skin caused by various factors.It is a subtype of skin melanosis and is not an independent disease.The key to clinical treatment of chloasma is to make the spots fade or return to normal,and to reduce or remove the area.At present,there are many treatment methods for chloasma,but there is no specific drug and physical therapy,and comprehensive treatment is often used as the main treatment idea.This paper summarizes and analyzes from the perspective of laser combined with drug therapy,in order to provide better ideas and methods for clinical practice.
